# THE VEYRON CLUB Terms of Service Effective date: June 2026 THE VEYRON CLUB is a product of BE HOST SERVICES LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801. ## 1. Acceptance By accessing or using THE VEYRON CLUB, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the game, website, wallet-connected features, community features, or any related service. ## 2. The Service THE VEYRON CLUB is a browser-based isometric social game set inside a secret private club. The Service may include public rooms, private rooms, avatars, Furniture, chat, events, wallet connection, token-enabled features, and third-party crypto integrations. Some features may operate in Pre-Token Mode until the official $VEYRON token contract address is announced. ## 3. Eligibility You must be legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction. If you use wallet-connected or token-related features, you are responsible for complying with all laws, rules, tax obligations, and restrictions that apply to you. ## 4. Accounts, Guests, and Wallets You may access certain parts of THE VEYRON CLUB as a guest. Additional features may require authentication or wallet connection. You are responsible for the security of your account, wallet, devices, and credentials. THE VEYRON CLUB will never ask for your seed phrase or private key. ## 5. Non-Custodial Design THE VEYRON CLUB is non-custodial. We do not custody user funds, do not store private keys, and do not sign wallet transactions on behalf of users. Any blockchain transaction must be reviewed and approved by you in your own wallet. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. ## 6. $VEYRON and Game Utility $VEYRON is planned as a utility token for THE VEYRON CLUB ecosystem. Potential uses may include access, status, rewards, Furniture, rooms, avatar items, and internal game economy mechanics. Nothing in THE VEYRON CLUB is financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or tax advice. We do not promise profit, returns, price appreciation, liquidity, exchange listings, or future value. ## 7. Third-Party Services THE VEYRON CLUB may integrate third-party services, including wallet providers, Solana infrastructure, swap providers, analytics, authentication providers, or social platforms. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, fees, failures, data handling, or security incidents. ## 8. User Conduct You agree not to: - harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other users; - spam chats, rooms, or community spaces; - scam, phish, or mislead users; - exploit bugs or attack the Service; - upload, distribute, or promote illegal, harmful, or infringing content; - attempt to bypass access controls or security systems; - use THE VEYRON CLUB for unlawful financial activity. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when we believe these Terms or the safety of the community are at risk. ## 9. Intellectual Property THE VEYRON CLUB, its brand, lore, original assets, UI, code, rooms, characters, copy, and visual identity are owned by or licensed to BE HOST SERVICES LLC. You may not copy, resell, scrape, reproduce, or create confusingly similar assets or services without permission. ## 10. Availability and Changes THE VEYRON CLUB is under active development. Features, rooms, mechanics, token-related systems, roadmaps, and content may change, pause, or be discontinued. ## 11. Disclaimers The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. ## 12. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, BE HOST SERVICES LLC and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, token losses, wallet losses, or losses related to third-party services. ## 13.
